Our client is looking to give their staff some much needed time off now and over the Christmas Holiday period, but requires additional staff to fill in while they are way.  We are looking for experienced administrators with a finance, insurance or loans background combined with strong administration and data entry skills. 

Hours are generally 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.  Reporting into the Business Manager you will be responsible for processing all loan and insurance information on web based systems electronically through the likes of St George, BMW Finance or Esanda.  Each system is highly compliance driven and therefore previous experience and your own current logins are a must to take on these temp roles.

We would look to register candidates with the following experience:

  • strong data entry and processing skills
  • intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • an understanding of administration within different financial/insurance packages
  • ability to work flexibility within a team environment
  • previous contract, insurance, loans experience within the banking/finance sector
