Manager/Estimator

Our client, a Steel Fabrication business located in the Albury area, is seeking a Manager / Estimator to manage the structural steel fabrication workshop.

Whilst working closely with and supported by Production and Administration staff, you will be required to prioritise your work as well as directing others; work with customers in addressing their needs and prepare detailed estimates, quotes and tender submissions.  Responsibility for OHS policies and procedures, together with staff training will also be part of this role.

This role would be particularly suited to someone with a trade background, who has knowledge and expertise in the area of steel fabrication and is looking to progress to the next level in their career.

Our client is seeking a person who wants to grow the business, and be in it for the long term; progressively taking over the day to day running of the workshop and client base, enabling the Owner/Manager to concentrate on pursuing new directions for the business.
