What does this mean?  Kestrel Recruitment will provide you with a professional service at a very competitive fixed rate, providing you with a high value recruitment solution for your business.  This fixed rate is a fraction of the cost of traditional recruitment methods where you are charged a percentage (up to 10%) of the employee’s packaged salary. At Kestrel Recruitment we provide you with a Tailored Recruitment Solution for your business at a fixed rate, which you won’t pay until the successful candidate starts with your company!  For this one fixed fee Kestral Recruitment will:

• Assist with your recruitment advertising requirements, such as preparing and writing the advert and booking advertising space in the appropriate media
• Promote your vacancy through our networks, receive applications and screen the applicants.
• Review resumes ensuring suitable applicants are selected for interviewing.
• Conduct interviews thoroughly ensuring the right questions are asked during the interview process.
• Provide a shortlist of the most suitable candidates followed by a report of those interviewed.
• Make recommendations from the interviews conducted based on candidates experience, attributes and work history.
• Reference check all candidates we provide to you.
• Have you confidently conduct your final interview knowing the candidates selected are of the highest standard.
• Advise candidates in writing and/or verbally to notify them of interview outcome.

Labour Hire or Temporary (Temp) Recruitment

Temporary staff are perfect for helping you to meet deadlines, special projects, and back-fill positions. We can supply temps for as long as required and to fill most roles. When you choose to use Kestrel Recruitment’s Temps or Labour Hire staff, your entire payroll requirements will be taken care of, including Tax, Workcover and Superannuation Contributions.

Try Before You Buy

If you need a permanent staff member but want to make sure you find a suitable person before making a long-term commitment, why not trial a temp. Our permanent placement fee will be waived should you appoint the temp to a permanent position after a three month qualifying period.
