Kestrel Recruitment is a local Recruitment and Group Training Organisation specialising in placing candidates with our clients across North East Victoria and Southern NSW within both the white and blue collar sectors.

Our client, based in Albury Wodonga is a family run hardware store, seeking to employ a motivated and proactive individual to join their team on a part time basis (15 hours). This is a flexible part time position and hours are negotiable

 About the role

While relevant experience is preferred, this unique opportunity does not require the applicant to have experience in Marketing. However, if you have a passion, drive and enthusiasm in this industry, we are looking for YOU!

Your duties will include:

  • General administration
  • Maintain radio and newspaper advertising
  • Maintaining and creating social media platforms
  • Creating marketing campaigns through social media platforms
  • Create and manage Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Maintain and build strong supplier relationships

The ideal candidate:

Skills required:

  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office
  • Have a strong knowledge of social media
  • Display initiative and a proactive approach
  • Have creative and design flair
  • Be reliable and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
